What type of Tours are offered?
For 2021, only one event/tour type will be offered. The event is at its new home in White Park in Riverside with a whole new look and feel.
Is the event suitable for children?
Yes. Parental Guidance is suggested but will be suitable for most children.
Do children need a ticket?
Yes, all souls are required to have a ticket. Children 2 and under are free.
When is the event?
The event is Friday and Saturday night on the designated dates each year. The event opens at 6pm and will be closed to new entrants at approximately 9:30pm each night.
Can I have a Private Tour or Group Tour?
No, that will not be possible under our new format.
How long does it take to go through Ghost Walk?
The trail may take anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on your pace and how much time you choose to stay at each attraction.
What is the walking distance of the event?
About half a mile for the trail itself.
Is there free parking available?
Yes. There are several public parking lots/garages in Riverside that are free after 5pm and on weekends.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the trail is a paved track.
Where can I buy tickets?
While not required, it is encouraged.
How much are tickets?
$15 for adults and children of all ages. Two and under are free.
A $21 VIP Fast Pass ticket is also available for those wanting faster entrance into the event.
What is a VIP Fast Pass ticket?
VIP Admission will allow for you to use the Fast Pass entrance. These lines may still have a short wait but you will not need to wait in the General Admission entrance lines.
If you already have a GA ticket, you can purchase the Fast Pass separately at the ticket booth (if still available) but please note, you may have to wait in the ticket booth line.
What is your refund policy?
Is photo or video allowed?
Photos and Video are not allowed on the trail at Ghost Walk Riverside, but photos may be taken at the carnival, food court and designated photo areas. Please tag us at #GhostWalkRiverside.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers are permitted.
Where is the Carnival?
The Carnival is located within White Park and you must have purchased an event ticket to access.
What’s available at the Carnival?
The Carnival will have kids’ carnival games, fun food vendors, boo-tiques, and live entertainment.
Do I need a ticket to get into the Carnival?
Yes, this year you must be an event ticket holder to enter White Park where the Carnival will be located. Carnival game tickets start at $0.50 per game.
Do you have a costume contest?
Yes, each night of the event we have a free kids’ costume contest. Please see the entertainment schedule for details.
Are pets allowed?
Service animals only please.
Are the characters allowed to touch you?
Our actors are not allowed to touch you and you are not allowed to touch our actors. You may brush up against their costumes or props or come into contact with some of the sets, but you will not be grabbed or pushed. We reserve the right to prosecute any patrons who strike or harm our actors.
What items are prohibited to bring in?
Items NOT allowed into Ghost Walk include, but are not limited to, the following:

There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside our gates or in our lines.
Will there be smoke, strobe lights, special effects?
YES! This attraction may contain smoke, strobe lights and special effects which may not be suitable for people with heart conditions or prone to seizures. Attraction may include the use of fog juice as well.
Is re-entry allowed?
No, a new ticket is required for each visit.
